I had a really bad run a couple of days ago. I stopped 10 minutes into a 25 minute run because I just didn't have the energy to keep going. Later that afternoon, I almost fell asleep at my desk, and that evening a sore throat and stuffy nose appeared.
This isn't the first time that a bad run has portended a cold either. My only hope is that it's an early warning system, not the cause.
