Sleeeeeeeeeeep

I may have done a lot of reading over the last couple of days. Which means I haven't been sleeping as much as I should, and it really amazes me how much missing an hour of sleep at night affects me. So, while I've been working on being happier through reading and running more, I'm also going to work on getting enough sleep at night.

The first way I'm going to do that is by going to bed at 9:30pm every night. And then not read until 11. That's bad. That leads to not enough sleep. I'll turn off the light at 10pm.

Eventually, I want to get blackout curtains, but that'll take a little more work.
