I, uh, drink a lot of tea. A LOT. Saying that I drink a lot of tea is maybe the understatement of the year. I typically drink 4 pots per day. Not cups, pots.
(I use a Bodum Assam tea press, for those of you who are curious.)
And while I generally drink green tea, noted for its health benefits and less caffeine than coffee or black tea, I drink enough of it that it matters. I have definitely noticed that if I drink tea after about 2:30, I have problems getting to sleep. Maybe cutting back on the sheer amount would help too.
So, to improve my sleeping habits, no more tea after 2:30! We'll talk later about drinking less of it.
